Our recent acquisition of Wheatley Electric in Norwood has proudly allowed us to expand our expertise into the repair and replacement of the single-phase motors commonly used in commercial and residential applications.
We now provide a “walk-up” counter for addressing any need related to HVAC, refrigeration, and exhaust motors, as well as service pool, hot tub, fountain centrifuge, sewage and septic-cavitette pumps.

EMT’s 10,000-square-foot shop in Middletown provides full-service repairs for all motors up to 150 HP in size. For larger motors, we offer free pick-up and transportation to our main Cincinnati repair facility.
Once a repair is complete, we will deliver the motor free of charge to any business location within 200 miles of the Dayton metropolitan area.
